I loved this cute little place!! Actually I expected a real nice cafe (somewhere I can sit down on the carpeted floor with the nice atmosphere), but it turned out that it was a tea kisok in a small alley. However, it was a wonderful experience to sit down on a plastic chair like local people, watching busy people passing by, and sipping the great tea prepared by an old gentleman. Cinnamon tea was great. Interesting experience.

I was really excited to finally visit this place and meet the kind owner. He asked whether he can click a photo for his Instagram page as a visitor from India to which I agreed. He is humble, nice and respectful and I believe the entire set of this claimed to be smallest tea house in the world wouldn’t be completely nice without him being this kind and respectful to his customers. May him and the place live long.

قهوه‌خانه حاج علی درویش یکی از کوچکترین و قدیمی ترین قهوه خانه های دنیا است که در بازار بزرگ تهران در راسته بازار زرگرها قرار گرفته است.در واقع در انتهای یک دالان کوچک قرار گرفته است که در این دالان کوچک فقط این مغازه قرار دارد و یک مسجد در انتهای دالان که معمولا درب این مسجد برای ورود عموم بسته می باشد.این قهوه خانه در سال 1297 افتتاح شده است. این قهوه خانه توسط سازمان میراث فرهنگی و گردشگریدر سال 1395 به ثبت ملی رسیده است. در حال حاضر حاج کاظم (پیرمرد خوشرو) صاحب این مکان قدیمی است.در زمان افتتاح در ابتدا پدر ایشان صاحب این قهوه خانه کوچک بوده است. انواع چای با طعم های مختلف در این مکان سرو می شود که واقعا داغ و تازه و خوش طعم است.هر استکان چای معمولی طعم دار در آذر ماه سال 1401 که از این محل بازدید کردم 15000 تومان بود. چون قهوه خانه حاج کاظم خیلی کوچک است حتی در جلو درب هم خیلی جای ایستادن نیست، به همین خاطر حاج کاظم چندین صندلی پلاستیکی در جلو دالان در داخل بازار می گذارد تا مشتری ها آنجا بنشیند. هر تعداد عکس بخواهید بگیرید مشکلی نخواهید داشت .حتی می توانید با خود ایشان هم عکس بگیرید.توریست ها اینجا را می شناسند و معمولا با راهنما ها از این محل بازدید دارند و چای می نوشند. چند سال پیش یک مستند کامل در مورد حاج کاظم و قهوه خانه اش و زندگی خودش و پدرش ساخته شده بود که از شبکه مستند پخش گردید.در زمان ساخت مستند پدر ایشان در قید حیات ولی متاسفانه زمین گیر بود.در حال حاضر پدرشان به رحمت خدا رفته است. گفتنی از این مکان و حاج کاظم زیاد است خودتان بهتر است سری بزنید و هم از طعم چای استفاده کنید و هم اطلاعات بیشتری کسب کنید. خود حاج کاظم آرام و متین و بسیار...
