Apache Pizza Douglas — Restaurant in Cork

My son ordered a delivery and he had to call order out 3 times on phone to them To make sure was right and still got it wrong and he was allergic to onion and stated that on phone and gave him onion in his food so rang up complaining to them and they sent more food out we put food into bag out in wheelie bin as they stated don’t want the other food back the drive shouted at my son for other food and told him it was in wheelie bin so he told my son go into wheel bin and get it out so bag was at very end of bin so he had to lean all way in dirty wheel bin and hand it back to driver absolutely disgusting behaviour wasn’t my son fault was the person on phone and person that made food got the order wrong So rang back up to complain and they said no driver should of done that we don’t want the old food back so god help the next person that order that food because they probably used it instead making fresh food. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Apache Pizza. On 01/03/2025, I placed an order at 9:50 PM and was left waiting for over an hour with no delivery in sight. After this unacceptable delay, I called the restaurant twice to inquire about my order. Instead of providing proper customer service or an explanation, the staff was incredibly rude and confrontational. They showed no concern for the fact that I had been waiting patiently for my food.

To make matters worse, my pizza never arrived at all. The combination of excessive wait times, hostile customer service, and ultimately no delivery whatsoever makes this easily the worst food delivery experience I've ever had. I cannot recommend Apache Pizza to anyone and will certainly never order...

Very disappointed in the service I recieved from apache douglas. Ordered online a big order and no taco fries arrived. So I called them up and they could not find the order number. We recieved no receipt when it was delivered but I had confirmation on my email that it was from douglas apache. They told me they would not be able to find it without the reciept number and my order number would not work. My husband got on the phone and was not as nice as I was trying to be.
