I had recently visited this restaurant for dine-in as a family with an infant! Food wise no issues! But my concern was on hospitality! The staff who served all treated us like an unwanted guests and their face showing off that! They were showing Partiality to Irish people and greeting them from the time they entered until depart! Whereas for same country like Indians they don’t feel Like doing any service. My little one who is getting trained to have her own food, we can expect some spillage on the floor! Especially on the papadam. But the staffs were giving weird look and made us feel more embarrassed! Inspite if we apologised for the spillage, they didn’t give back a word! They were waiting with the cleaning kit in order to make us leave the place early! We came out of the place asap without relaxing! This is totally discouraging! If they wanted to Serve only got local country people for their business then they should mention at the entrance That this restaurant only serves for Irish/ Europeans! I won’t ever visit this place as I deserve my...
Read moreAnother fantastic meal! food presentation was 2nd to none, all served timely but without being rushed. The taste was again 2nd to none. I started coming here a short while back when other restaurants hadn't got any heating on. I found it felt like you needed a coat to keep warm and a torch to see what you were eating. Here it was both warm and light and also it was busy which is always a sign that something is right and these people have it exactly that. If it was quieter I'd do a youtube video, The Corriander deserves to be promoted & praised & I would recommend it to anyone looking for good Indian food. They also have an excellent takeaway service at coriander.ie take a look, judging by the footfall it must be good. We had drinks too so don't be put off by what we spent which was €97 including 4 glasses of wine, a diet coke & a couple of bottles of chilled (tap) water. Ask for Tap water otherwise you pay for bottled water which tastes exactly the same, I know because I had bought two bottles of water the first...
Read moreWhen the food arrived I opened the door and the delivery driver was looking at the bottom of the bag when he saw me he handed me the bag and ran back to his car. It was dark outside so I didn’t see what was wrong but as I walked back inside I felt my hand burning. The bottom of the tub of butter chicken had completely come off and it was coming through the bottom of the bag and burning my hand, destroying the floor, carpet and clothes. Everything else in the bag was covered too. We rang the restaurant and the guy on the phone was just confused, all he did was offer another butter chicken to be sent. I don’t know how the delivery driver thought it was ok to hand it to us like that when he had fully noticed it was dripping. All of the food was cold by the time we cleaned it up, so we pretty much paid almost €50 for...
