I know what you are asking - why did you go all the way to Ireland, and have Italian food and pizza? Well, we got tired of the few traditional Irish dishes and were craving something different. The owners are from Northern Italy, so the food is quite a treat compared to what you usually experience in America. Plenty of pizza choices (both vegan and non vegan), as well as a good variety of pasta dishes, desserts, and drinks. We ordered the Delizia (€12.50 for the 9” or €14.50 for the 12” pie). It consisted of spicy salami, Italian bacon, red onion, mozzarella cheese, and we added black olives for an extra €1. And they didn’t skimp on the black olives folks (see the pic). They were whole olives, and not slices, like we are used to in the states. Gotta love that! We also ordered the 9” Vegetariana for €10.80. It had tasty tomato sauce, aubergines (AKA eggplant), courgettes (AKA zucchini), a touch of basil, and roasted red peppers. No cheese on this one, since it was listed as a vegan option. The food was so fresh here, and the best part of it all was the crust and the tomato sauce on each pizza. Service was OK. The food came out in a timely manner, and the girl running the front operations was friendly and courteous. However, I must deduct one star because she didn’t pay enough attention to our drink refill requests. She was occupied with what appeared to be one of the town locals who stops in for a pint and just sits and has conversations with the staff. I guess that happens in a lot of small towns. I can get past that though, I would drop by here again, in a heartbeat. No private parking lot - you have to park on the street. Two hour free street parking, but I advise leaving your car parked at the Blarney Castle if you just came from there, and just walk the short distance to this place. Bottled beer is €3.50, pints are €4.95, a glass of merlot is €6.70

The place is a diamond in the rough. It has the best Italian pizza I have tasted in Cork for a long time. The staff are great and so friendly. The menu is mostly Italian which you would expect with an Italian restaurant, but the food is to die for. Very well priced and a place where all the family can go. Simply super and always look forward to going back.

Awesome pizza, some good drinks, super friendly service and absolutely the most amazing desserts: Tiramisu excellent and affogato was truly amazing. A real Italian artist makes this food!! Highly recommended break from the normal Irish fare!

We did not liked lasagna. It did not felt fresh. Pesto pasta was fine. Prices are above the market. Ice cream is not italian gelato as they show in front of cafeteria, it is ordinary market ice cream. People are so kind and smiling.
