Probys Kitchen was a fantastic find! The menu offered a unique twist on breakfast and brunch classics. I tried the kimchi eggs, coconut french toast, and field mushroom and feta toast, and all three dishes were absolutely top-notch. Each one was flavorful and beautifully presented.

The restaurant itself has a wonderful atmosphere, and it's clear that the owner, Miss Marian, is incredibly passionate about the food. I had a delightful conversation with her about the menu and her upcoming plans for the restaurant. Her enthusiasm is truly contagious!

Overall, Proby's Kitchen is a must-try for anyone looking for a delicious and memorable breakfast or brunch experience. The unique dishes, friendly atmosphere, and passionate owner make it a real gem. I highly...

What a fantastic ,surprise find! In the shadows of St Fin Barre's cathedral, only a few minutes walk from the main street of Cork. Inside and outside dining. It was a beautiful day so I sat outside, it is situated on a street, you can hear the traffic, but it's not a very busy street and it's all hidden behind a bamboo garden so it doesn't take from the al fresco experience. The menu was excellent. I had the hippie bowl and a very good glass of wine, plenty of water (free) and a coffee . The staff were very attentive and friendly but not overpowering, which is exactly what you want in an eatery. My bill came to€21.60. They close every day at 3pm so come early and hungry....

Probys kitchen was wonderful on a very wet night. We and our brollies got a lovely welcome and a really nice table. A very well priced menu was produced, and we had starters mains desserts wine and coffee. Home made focaccia came with starters and was worthy of its own place as a starter. Duck for herself and Beef rendeng for myself as mains. Our only complaint was the portion was so large. These were both delicious. Dessert was crumble and sticky toffee pudding Both excellent. A great night in out of the rain. A beautifully lit restaurant with a great sound system and friendly staff who couldn't have...
