I went there a few weeks ago to celebrate a Hen Party with my friends, we booked a table with the barbecue for 15 people but many things went wrong. First, we were told over the phone that a bottle of Prosecco was 27 euros, but when we got there, it was suddenly 39 euros, plus we had to carry the bottles to our table ourselves, no table service whatsoever đ The barbecue was decent, and the food was okay but then another issue arised.
We had booked for 15 people, but only 12 actually had the barbecue. Still, the manager insisted we pay for all 15 portions because they claimed the food was already prepared. However only 12 portions were actually served to us. I get that the booking was for 15 and I want to pay for 15, but at least give me the food I paid for. We didn't think they would cook for 15 no matter what and that more food was available since we paid for it. If they told us at least then we could have figured out a way to use the extra food or save it for later. We spent the whole afternoon and evening there, eating and drinking, which added up to quite a bill. When it was time to pay, I asked the manager if we could have the leftover food for dinner since weâd paid for it. What they gave us was really really disappointing and left me without words: they brought to our table some cold, dry meat that seemed like it had been out for ages, just wrapped in foil with bread. No chips, no salad, nothing which was included in the barbecue menu. Given that we paid for the full menu, it felt really unfair and rude. I asked for the food I paid for and you should at least bring to me serving it properly, not cold wrapped in foil. I still can't believe they really brought the food to us like this. All in all, the service, especially from the manager, was pretty poor, and it felt like they didnât care much about the customers. It was a letdown, especially for such a...

Guy working at the door was great, got us at a table straight away. We were told to order drinks at the bar and then we be able to order food. We got our drinks (there was 7 staff behind the bar and only one card machine, after each of them poured their drinks they were fighting over the card machine to take payment for the orders) We waited for an hour before grabbing attention of the waitress to order food . Ordered our food and asked for drinks as well, only because we saw other tables having their served. The waitress wasnât sure so she went away to ask and came back to tell us thatâs itâs not possible and that we had to get them at the bar. We didnât mind as much since we were doing from the start. After getting another round of drinks and sitting back at the table we proceeded to see other tables be served their drinks. We waited 40 minutes only for the table next to us (that put in their order after us) get their food served before us, thatâs when we got the attention of another waitress to ask about our order only to be told that it was never taken in the end. We were offered to take our order there and then and it be done as priority but at that stage we were okay, so we decided to finish our drinks and leave. Just before we left the guy that was working at the door came over and said it must have been miscommunication and explained that the waitress should have taken the payment straight away. This is the reason the review isnât lower...
