Adriano's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in County Clare

We went there and my son accidently left his coin collection (5 flattered souvenir coins). We phoned and asked them to post to us. We actually live in West Cork and we were on holiday. There were four adults and three children eating there. Our bill was over 80 euro. They would not post them. Without us first sending a self address stamped envelope as they would expend the euro for postage. OK, tight and poor customer service. We sent the envelope. Since we have phoned five times and they have still not sent the coins! Shame. Our son is quite upset, he worked hard on collecting these, from Spain to Cork to elsewhere. Food was 2.5 star but for service after this...

While touring across Ireland we fell behind our schedule a little so we stopped in here unexpectedly for dinner, since we wanted something fairly quick and easy. What started as a spontaneous dinner stop turned into one of the best pizza experiences of our lives. I saw a plaque on the wall that they placed second in all of Ireland for a pizza competition and I’d venture to say that’s an understatement. Absolutely delicious pizza, great service, and very fair prices. Our server gave us some great local travel tips too and she was a pleasure to deal with. Next time I’m in Ireland I’m going to make sure to stop here...

Went in to collect my order, place was very busy an you could see staff were under pressure. However no excuse for what happened next. The owner in Italian started to give out to a older female employee in Italian over 2 pizzas that were left behind. He was very agrivated with her an started to follower her aound the open kitchen behind the counter. He came up again to the counter in Italian staying something to the worker an she replied rubbish the He started to snap receipts off her an put them in the bin.

It has put me off going there again. No need for that behaviour...
