Decided to try Koi once it opened about a week ago with a new menu & new name.
Very poor food & it's only open a week you'd think they atleast try to impress at the opening to reel future customers in ...😬
Chips were either cooked in dirty oil or overcooked. Basically inedible and at €6 for a large portion... Spice bag chili/seasoning was burnt from the wok as seen in picture... Pure black. Asked for extra onion in spice bag in the 'CHEFS NOTES' got no veg at all never mind extra 🤣 might aswel get rid of the option to write requests haha 😂

Read moreFrom walking in on a sticky floor like it was the 90's at a disco, it didn't start well. Ordered starters and a main course. Duck Spring rolls were more like cabbage spring rolls with a hint of duck. Very disappointed. Satay skewers also for starters and if you had a peanut allergy you'd be safe with this satay, was dreadful. More like a light curry sauce poured over two over cooked, dry chicken skewers. Main course wasn't much better. Chicken was rubbery. Side dish of chips undercooked and greasy.
The nicest part of the meal was the Choc Ice from Centra on the walk back...
Read moreOrdered a good few times was great before covid lockdown. Since reopening they have gotten very mean with the chicken in the 4in1 and the veg in other dishes. Thought maybe it was a once off, ordered again a couple of times after that and realised it wasn't just a bad day for them it was meanness. Was being charged €4 delivery initially - we're not too far from them so it was pretty steep at that but the food was good (initially) so we continued to order. Then one night we were charged €5 for delivery. That was the nail in the coffin for us. Won't be ordering...
