really need to do something about coffee/coffee machine calibration/beans/milk (I don’t know why, but something tasted like a machine oil in my cappuccino) and the roast you use in your shop, something is definitely not right... the coffee tastes like it’s completely burned out, with it’s sourness it’s definitely not matching the milk you use. I do not recommend coffee in here unless something would be done with it, took coffee in here 3 different times in a different time periods and all the time it tasted differently, but differently bad, and the thing about using two espresso shots as a “default setting”… like, really? Two espresso shots is waaaaaay too much with this beans, it’s definitely not strong, it’s deadly strong and you need to warn customers about it. Everything else is fine, support this local business, but please, do something...

Since a trip to Sicily a few years ago ice-cream at home just slightly underwhelms, but this gelato is the real deal! Creamy, light, and full of genuine flavour. The only thing that rivalled the taste of this stuff was the passion the owner had for his craft. We got a great chat about how it's made and why he loves what he does (even though he had to work 9am-4am daily to run the shop post-CoViD), but soon you'll be able to watch the gelato being made in the shop! So good we managed to try 5 flavours in our 36 hours...
