The staff is friendly and quite helpful. They helped me to get the right dish without milk. However, the menu is misleading because their stew dish have milk or milk products, and it is presented as dairy free. Lucky us that we asked to double check it with the chef. The food was not great, the stews were quite thin, more like a soup that tasted as a stew, none of us finished the dishes. It took ages to bring it to the table, and at the time, they arrived all chips, and some other starters were stone cold. The waiter was nice to remove them from the bill, but it didn't sweet the deal too much as we were hungry. They forgot about one of us food, and it took ages until they brought the food... The place is dusted, not great cleaning, old and worn out curtains, and other bits and bobs... Overall, I don't recommend it, keep walking, you will find much better places away from the Guiness factory area.

Stopped in on our last evening in Dublin on the 16th for dinner around 6 pm. We were lucky and seated upstairs without much wait. Amy took care of us and got us situated with drinks and menus in no time at all. We had the Pork Belly Bites (8€) to share which were quickly polished off. The boys had the Corned Beef Sandwich (15€) and Bangers & Mash (17€). Former was superb while the latter was average. Wife had the Chowder (18€) while I went with the Irish Stew (17€). Both were very good in depth of flavor and plating. The atmosphere here was great. Lots of laughter and smiles along with an enjoyable positive buzz in the air. The Guinness half pint (3.30€) and Carlsberg half pint (3.30€) were the perfect touch to a solid meal with great service for our last evening in Dublin. Definitely a spot you should check out especially when they have live music later in the evening.

It was our first trip to Ireland as a group of 7 people. We enjoy good food and are always ready to spend for good food and taste everything. We were so pumped to attend that place and reserved a table to ensure we would be able to eat there ands enjoy our evening. The food was amazing, however, the service was pathetic. We have been greeted nicely by one woman, but our server was very not nice. Two people of our group ordered burgers and they messed up the plates. We kindly asked our server to remedy to the issue as they would not eat it as is. Instead of being open and resolve the issues, she looked at us as if we were stupid. She left and never came back. No one ever came back to our table to request if we were ok, to find a solution or even to ask if we wanted more drinks or anything else. They did not charge for the two plates at least. Everyone was disappointed and they also missed the opportunity to make good money with us. It was a bad experience and I wish we would have chosen another restaurant/bar to spend the night. It is a nice place, but the service...

Great place to have a pint .. But unfortunately the bar mixologist got my Negroni absolutely wrong..... Let me explain it... Vermouth cheap ingredient, Campari not too far from vermouth price... Gin unexplained expensive ingredient.... I was patronised by a wannabe mixologist that the mix was the right amount in the cocktail.. Didn't want to get into the explanation of the preparation of the aforementioned cocktail. But, If you serve 1 /3 of each ingredients at a rate of 25 ml you'll never get the right balance or colour, taste and experience to get a proper drink..... Pale orange and tons of ice cubes.... Let me explain one and for all to all barmans/ladies out there. The ingredients of the aforementioned cocktail are quite cheap hence requires bigger measures to acquire the proper colour and taste. At my request of a proper served aperitif I been once again let down by a "I know all" so called bartender, that didn't accept a...
