Live in the area and have been meaning to try this place for ages. The entire experience was amazing. The decor and lightning was fantastic and I was lucky enough to have a small view of the kitchen! Wine and Prosecco great, Arancini and Sourdough fantastic. My partner got the pumpkin soup, which was amazing. Great dish for the cold day that it was. Pork starter was really unique and interesting. Could not get enough of the beer pickled onions and the crispy potato slices on top. Almost like home made crispy potato chips. Venison loin and sausage, really well cooked and that creamy cabbage, probably the best cabbage/vegetable side I’ve ever had. So perfectly seasoned and creamy. Steak also magnificent. Finished with the Chocolate Cheesecake. Was also fantastic. From start to finish, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I didn’t catch their names but the gentleman and lady serving us were both great. Great ambience, fantastic high quality food and good value for the money. Will absolutely be coming back! Would recommend for anyone thinking of trying it! Great gem in Harold’s Cross!

I've been wanting to test Craft for years. Many years. Before the pandemic I think. But for some reason it never felt the right time to choose a fine looking restaurant so close to home. We finally did, together with a couple of friends . We enjoyed the dinner, quite a bit. Most of that was due to the company. I don't think it would have been the same had we gone as a couple or for solo dining. The place is warm and the lights have a great color. The menu has the right amount of options: not too restricted but also not overwhelming. The food tasted nice but not exceptional. The mini arancini were very tasty. The bread instead was mediocre. My main tasted nice but frankly too expensive for the very limited amount of meat it offered. The personnel was super friendly and we found a lovely touch that in the final bill left a handmade note in Italian to acknowledge some of us were Italian.

Craft Restaurant is a neighbourhood gem! It had been many years since I last ate in the restaurant, it’s tucked away in Harold’s Cross and often slips my mind that it’s there. I recently went for lunch on a Sunday and was not disappointed! The quality of food and creativity in the dishes was incredible, and the wine list was extensive, especially the choice of wine by the glass, which is not always the case in some restaurants. Given constant rising current costs in the industry, I found the value for money very good. Most notably, the service was attentive, warm and friendly, their front of house team are great. There was a thoughtful gesture for a birthday in the group as well. Thank you all for a lovely meal, I’ll be back to try more soon, their various menu offerings during the week seem to offer great value, next on the list to try. A restaurant not to be missed!
