I recently dined at Zero Zero Pizza in Kimmage with friends, and it was a memorable evening. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like part of the family. They were not only friendly but also incredibly accommodating, ensuring our comfort throughout the meal.

The food was nothing short of spectacular. Each pizza was a masterpiece—perfectly cooked with a light, fluffy crust and topped with the freshest ingredients.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a cozy atmosphere that made it ideal for a relaxed evening out. The staff's attentiveness and the high-quality food made for a dining experience that I can’t wait to repeat.

I love that this place opened up in our neighborhood! I'm a bit of a pizza snob, and I'm happy to report that the margherita pizza is just like a pizza you'd get in Italy!! And we've been about a dozen times now, so they are consistent with the quality and taste. I also like to get the rucuola salad, though it might be a bit salty for some people's tastes, but I like it. Cute little atmosphere inside, and the people are nice. I hope they do well and stick around! (Side note: I tried ordering delivery twice before and the margherita didn't taste as good as in the restaurant - they might not use the classic bufala chese for takeaway because they think it might not transport well? I haven't tried ordering delivery since, not sure if...

I tried the funghi special pizza I added pepperoni, it had a thin charred crust and perfectly crispy edges. The mozzarella was gooey with just the right amount of stretch, and the pepperoni had that beautiful curl with crispy edges. The drizzle of hot honey balanced the saltiness with a sweet, spicy kick—total game changer. The crust was airy but had a good chew. It came out looking like something off a foodie Instagram. At €15 it felt worth every penny. Easily the best pie I’ve ever had—I’ll go back in a heartbeat, staff are so welcoming & pleasant, the playlist I need to find, cosy atmosphere, let this be your sign to book, absolutely...

Given the price is often more than €15, you would expect the pizza to be of higher quality. It's great that they are quick, but it felt like the base and the toppings barely had time to mesh together. On the upside everything is very fresh. Biggest downside is they didn't bother to slice the pizza into slices; and at home, one struggles to cut it unless you have the dedicated pizza slicer tool.

A hidden gem in Kimmage. Excellent pizzas and very reasonably priced. We tried the marinara and the mushroom pizza. The base can be a bit soft for my liking but the quality of the ingredients used and the taste more than made up for it. Highly recommend ! We also tried the house wine which was very good.
