Swordfish schnitzel special, fritto misto, and zabaione. Other things we ordered include the parmesan chips, hispi cabbage, crab salad, burrata, straciatella, arancini, chocolate tart, tiramisu. I'm not big on going out to eat Italian, but this by far was worth it and one of the best Italian restaurants I've enjoyed in Dublin. I loved the ability to share a bunch of starters, the seafood-forwardness of the menu, and balance of traditional and modern cooking. The fritto misto was insanely delicious. A great selection of seafood, delicately fried, light (semolina?) coating. Shoutout to the dehydrated deep fried lemon slice. I also tried a bit of the crab salad, and it was the best crab dish I've had in a restaurant that I can remember. Punchy dressing and full of flavour, balanced acidity, sweetness and salt, without drowning out the crab. The swordfish main was straightforward. It had a delicate flavour and a meatiness, though the fish felt like it could've been cooked a tad less. The basil butter helped lift the dish. Chips were light, crisp and fluffy, though I'm not a fan of this hollow chip malarkey. The hispi cabbage was fantastic, as the topping had a taste like salted fish, which cut through the vegetal sweetness. I was quite surprised by the zabaione. I didn't think I'd like it that much, but it was a great finish to the meal. Airy custard, not too sweet at all, aromatic almond flavour without being overwhelming, delicate herbed fruit. I tried some of the chocolate dessert, and it was a well-executed, rich tart. However, the mandarin olive oil was an absolute delight. The tiramisu was actually a bit disappointing; didn't really seem to have much coffee soaked in. Wonderful service, and loved the laid-back atmosphere of the place.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Crudo restaurant, and it was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. For starters, I indulged in the arancini, which were perfectly crispy on the outside and bursting with flavor on the inside. Each bite was a heavenly combination of creamy risotto and savory filling, leaving me eager for more. As for the main course, the risotto di scampi stole the show. Cooked to perfection, the risotto was creamy and rich, with just the right amount of seasoning. The scampi added a delightful seafood flavor that elevated the dish to a whole new level of excellence. The ambiance of the restaurant was charming, providing the ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable lunch. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring that every need was met promptly. Overall, Crudo is a great spot for a lovely lunch. Whether you’re looking for exquisite Italian cuisine or simply a pleasant dining experience, this restaurant delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable meal.

For people who say “it’s only food,” they simply have never been to Crudo; an Italian bistro that needs to be recognized for its simply amazing food, and wait staff that know what they are doing. The waiter we had, both times we stopped in on our trip knew how to entice us to get the starter and the dessert without being pushy. He knew which wine to recommend. His timing was impeccable. The food!!! I can’t believe I didn’t take a picture of my dish! I ordered Beef Cheek Risotto. I am telling you people, I almost cried. The flavors were rich, savory and complex. The portion was huge. The meat fell apart as if I was cutting through buttah! Soooo very delicious, the Risotto was PERFECT. Celebrating our last night in Dublin, I am so happy that we celebrated here. Crudo is the real deal where you can dress up, or as a tourist like I had to. Go cry, go eat, go drink good wine. And have the Tiramisu. For God’s sake, Have it!

Ravioli main is tiny! "Large Plate" but hardly any food. 5 pieces of risotto laid flat for 20 euro. I couldn't believe it, thought there must have been a mistake as it seemed like a starter size. I had finished my main in a few mouthfuls and was still hungry. I actually felt like I'd been robbed ☹️ Portion needs to be 2-3 times the size. The noise is terrible!!!! They increased the amount of people/tables downstairs and put tables closer together (during covid which makes no sense). Since then my last two visits have not been enjoyable. With the extra tables/people in such a small room it means you can barely hear the person opposite! Pair that group tables that get louder after a few drinks and you'll leave with your ears ringing after your meal and a sore throat from having to strain your voice. They need to do something to absorb the sound, or reduce the number of people. The food has gone so far downhill. Prawns overcooked and taste more like chicken. Dry, hard sourdough served with everything. If I wanted to eat hard dry bread I can make that myself. They have finally fixed the chocolate olive oil tart which used to be like glue. Its softer now, but whatever they're putting on top now tastes like sour milk/gone off im some way. Service was below average, not clearing plates, not replenishing water. The only thing I had that wasn't bad was the Mocha at the end. I normally wouldn't order a Mocha at the end, but I was still hungry and figured you can't make it wrong. The coffee was the best part of my meal. Very disappointed 😞 Quite draughty near...

I'm sorry to have to give such a poor rating but I have never been treated so poorly by a member of staff as I was today during my visit to Crudo. From the moment we arrived the waitress seemed unhappy to have to deal with us & treated us like we were an inconvenience.

When it came time to pay it turned out our group had been added to a separate group's bill by mistake...But she insisted that we would still all need to pay together! When I explained that we werent with the other group so wouldn't be splitting a bill with them she started shouting at me. The Manager stepped in and dealt with the situation well, but she returned again and started shouting about how rude I was as I stood there waiting to pay!

As I was leaving she seemed to have become quite emotional so maybe she was having a bad day, but nonetheless it was very unprofessional and a terrible way to treat a paying customer! I left feeling quite shaken and upset myself.

I visit Crudo regularly and in the past they have always been so pleasant and accommodating & their customer service has always been top notch. Hopefully this was a one off but I won't be in a...
