The Orange Goat - Ballsbridge — Restaurant in Dublin

100% Excellent food and Amazing Staff...

Wondering around trying to find somewhere for lunch, we stopped here on the off chance - The Orange Goat - the cafe looked busy which is always a good sign! Great location, just 2min walk from RDS. Warm, modern, clean place, where we relaxed during the lunch time.

We were not disappointed - food was excellent, presentation was superb and ingredients very fresh. Fantastic menu as my buddy is very fussy about food. We got Gourmet Cobb salad and Special Goat sambo, both were full of flavour and very yummy. I would say delicious fresh home-made food, which is difficult to find these days in Dublin!

Service was quick, efficient and courteous. Extremely friendly personnel (Rebecca & Weslley). Highly recommended, if you like good lunch or just cup of coffee with signature scone in cosy atmosphere. I'm sure this place is perfect for everybody, couples, friends and families.

Worst Customer Service Ever!!!! Not one staff member was friendly or polite. We we’re waiting ages for the food and then it was cold when it came out. Asked for red sauce when the food came out and we were waiting ten minutes and still no sign of the sauce and I went in to ask about it and a staff member just pointed rudely and goes there!! Coffee also came out cold. My friend ordered a donut and didn’t get it even though we were charged when she went back in to get her donut. One of the staff members told her seriously it’s only a euro??? AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! I’m not sure if they just picked on us or what but I’ve never experienced such bad customer service in all my life not one staff member was pleasant and all we got were dirty looks and rudeness!! I really don’t understand how this place is still...

Benedict, Disaster, eggs under cooked, clear egg white still visible, yolk had watery consistency, no hollandaise sauce, pulled pork listed on the menu over traditional bacon or pork belly, served on toasted bread not muffin, pulled pork not fresh, microwaved left overs from at least the day before, grey in appearance.

Why mess with a traditional breakfast?

if you have Eggs Benedict on your menu, serve Eggs Benedict.
