Tesco Superstore — Local services in Dublin

was there last Saturday, was unable to scan an item as the sticker was wrinkled, I asked a staff member to help me and he just showed me the barcode number and said "you just enter that number". I said could you do it please as I have forgotten my glasses and can't see the number - he said, and I quote, "yiz are all the same I don't know how yiz manage at all leaving the house" then he gave a big sigh and inputted the number. This was an Irish guy with tattoos down each arm and on his neck, I was floored to be honest and I thought what I was an elderly person?...

3 x 2litre coke for 3 euro. got to the till and was told offer has ended. the label was still on the shelf promoting this offer. manager called. she walked up to the drink section, removed label and sneakily put it in her pocket and returned to the till and declared that the label was not there and walked off. basically called me a liar. horrible store with horrible management .also the security guard is so rude. Indian fella i think. spends more time playing with his phone than doing his job and when he does he is rude...

5 stars because the staff here is the friendliest! Everyone is so nice and helpful and it always seems like they love being at work and helping customers! Honestly the best staff. For that reason alone I come here a lot. It's true what others have said that unpacking during busy hours makes shopping a bit stressful, but it is manageable. I like the food offering and everything always looks fresh and the store just looks taken care...
