Fayrouz, more like Failrouz. We ordered a mezza board starter which came with an abundance of hummus/ganoush dips but only 2 small falafels and a pitiful amount of pita bread. The only way to use up the dips was by ordering more & more bread which of course is charged for. For the main, I ordered a cauliflower 'steak' dish. For €17 I was expecting something special but unfortunately the waitress arrived out with half a head of cauliflower on a plate covered with a sprinkle of spices & a tea spoon of tahini sauce and nothing else. It was undercooked and as bland a "meal" I've ever had. The two others I was eating with got side salads & hummus with their falafel & shika dishes with the falafel dish being the same price as the cauliflower but only my dish was deemed unworthy of having anything else with it. Thankfully I had ordered some rice on the side to fill the void from my overpriced brassica (or so I thought), too bad that rice came out almost cold with clumps of it stuck together without a drop of sauce. Had it been freshly cooked rice it may have had enough moisture in it to eat it plain without having to resort to drinking copious amounts of water to wash it down but unfortuneatly it was either reheated rice or something quickly cooked in the microwave and left sit for half an hour which resulted in the dry bowl served to me. I voiced my disappointment to the waitress who offered a free dessert on the house. After ordering, she returned to inform me the dessert I wanted wasn't available so I got 3 mini baklawa pastries instead which were as chewy & hard as the cauliflower. Overall the whole experience was a let down and did not live up to the expectations which had been...

This was one of the best spots to hit whenever I am stuck for places to go out as the atmosphere is great, I may add the food is pretty average but it wasn't the priciest. I went yesterday and was pretty disappointed with what I would call borderline greed.

This was my 5th time in this place and I used to go there because of the consistency and value. We ordered the mains which where Kabseh and chicken sheesh, I did not mind the prices on the menu before ordering as I thought the quantity would reflect as usual. This was no the case at all, we got too chicken shish and no bread, we had to order the bread separately and we got presented with bita bread (the type you buy from Tesco and toast) and they charged 2euro per bread (a handmade naan bread costs that much but this is not handmade so I don't know what makes them think they can charge that much).

Asked for sauce and that was an extra 2 euro. The Kabseh was bland and you can clearly tell it was not fresh.

My advise would be - have a bit of common sense and courtesy to your customers otherwise you will not build reoccurring customers like me now. I don't mind paying but please provide quality and value.

For the price I paid, I expected fresh food, bread like bita bread should not even be served in my opinion but if you were going to serve it don't charge same price as handmade bread because customers are not stupid and don't charge excessive prices for a couple of chopped chicken breasts or atleast add another shisha chicken to make the experience worth it.

It's worth adding though the service was great and love...

It’s hard to review this place because I have been here in the past and I loved it. I specifically came for the lamb shawarma but they had none in stock. Then asked for chicken shawarma… none of that either. Very disappointing. Regardless, ordered mixed kebab and lamb shish. Took a very long time to get any food. We had also ordered arayes and one portion of chips. We were sat waiting for any sort of food for about 40 minutes. This is after waiting 20 minutes to be even asked what food we want. Another group came in 15 minutes after us and was served first. We had ordered arayes as a starter which we never got. When we got food, it was only the kebabs. Not given our drinks either. After waiting 40 minutes after ordering. Asked server where’s the rest of our food? Had to tell the whole order again. Clearly didn’t even remember. 10 mins later then rest of the food comes. It was okay. But the arayes were awful. You should’ve said that one was out of stock - I have never had worse arayes in my life. The kebabs were ok. The lamb kebab was meh. Parts were nice and other parts were too hard and overcooked. The real problem here is only having one server to seat people, take their orders, take deliveries, etc. while she was friendly, she’s overworked and that’s clearly why our meal was subpar. at least part of it. you guys need more staff. also please your arayes on your Instagram look nothing like what we got - the minced meat was so awful! I don’t know if I will come again. Don’t have stuff on your menu that isn’t in...

Pros: staff were super nice. Cons: too small tables and space within the restaurant, it’s like they turned a bathroom into restaurant (don’t be fooled by pictures), there was barely any space for moving around as well. The food was God awful, I was so hungry but the food was so disgusting I couldn’t have more than 2 small pieces. But the most disappointing and horrible thing was the terrible and food burning smell under your nose, again it’s like they were cooking right behind the curtain next to you. I lost my appetite due to that and terrible food taste. Also Dublin is usually cold but not that day plus with such a place and food burn and cooked smell there has to be an AC!! We really couldn’t stay, it was not so long after food we just quickly paid and left. Too tiny too tight too hot too awful. On top of that the waiter extra charged for tip, I overtipped because the staff were too nice and I just felt like it but I said the overall price so the tip included in what I added for food but I was charged 15€ more which I realized later when I checked my bank account. I mean seriously!
