Review of L'vie Cafe
We visited L'vie Cafe as a family of three with high expectations, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We paid âŹ52 for three meals, which would have been reasonable if the quality and portion sizes had matched the price.
One of the most disappointing aspects was my son's mealâchicken goujons and chipsâwhich consisted of just three small goujons and a handful of fries. It felt more like a side dish than a full meal.
I ordered the Chinese stir-fry noodles, which arrived partially warm, indicating they hadn't been heated properly. The flavors were underwhelming, and to be honest, I could have gotten a better, hotter, and more flavorful meal from a takeaway for a lower price.

Read morePerfect new spot for coffees and breakfast. There are no many places like this in the neighbourhood. This restaurant is spacious but cosy. Nice music in the background and warm lighting makes it really welcoming and relaxing. Staff is very friendly and attentive. There is a fantastic selection of options for breakfast. I love the choice! Main breakfast options come with tea or ANY coffee included-wow! Cappuccino & Flat White were really nice and âwarmâ which is sometimes hard to get. We went for pancakes = great quality and taste, Option 2 = perfect size, taste and presentation, full Irish breakfast = great presentation and selection (I just prefer traditional button mushrooms. The one served there are not my cup of tea). Overall we really enjoyed breakfast there. Good quality, good price, excellent atmosphere...
