Romayo's Diner Parkgate Street — Restaurant in Dublin

We spent over €30 on an order, so when the food arrived it was substandard, to the point that Kebab meat was dry and crumbling, and where salt and vinegar was requested, the items were absolutely pickled in Salt, and we were also left short a large bag of chips. I called the restaurant, and I was told the chips were in with the fish. You can't actually order Fish & Chips together they are always separate on the menu, and they always came in separate packaging. To say they were included with the fish was a bit of a joke as there was no more than 15 chips in the box with the fish. It was like a handful gesture that you would get anywhere. I was very calm and collective in my conversation, but girl on the other end of the phone was not interested and was rude and unapologetic and hung up mid conversation.

We would normally order once a week, a kitchen break where nobody has to cook and depending on numbers the order is always between €30 - €50.

Emailed a complaint about a week ago and got no reply.

Ramsyos in Parkgate Street. My family ordered a takeaway Monday 25th July 2022. Everything about the food was disgusting Everything from Chicken to fish to doner kebab all was dried up and stale. And to top it off we ordered large chips which we never received when I phoned the Restaurant the girl on the other end of the phone kept telling me we did receive them which I kept saying we did not receive them then she said well what do u want me to do and hung up the phone. The whole order came to 36 euro. But it be last time we has a family will spend a penny in any Ramayos. And ill be making sure i say it to everyone not to go near ur restaurant/ Takaway. And as for the girl that was on the phone what I want u to do is do ur job properly and give people what they orderd...

Unfortunately for me, it was a huge let down, the chips tasted under cooked like they were dipped in to the fryer and back out, the beef itself didn’t taste the best of quality and the “milkshakes” by far online are extremely misleading, this is what I was mostly looking forward to yet if really tasted like iced milk with syrup (strawberry syrup) this is not a milkshake, a real milkshake consists of real ice cream, it was such a let down. Sometimes you just want something simple, something to hit the spot. This definitely wasn’t it. Each to their own. I had eaten here before but was never this bad.
