After over 6 years of being a regular customer, it’s time to reflect on my previous 5 star rating. Care at the time of the ordering used to be professional and I was always ben notified if they are busy and will take like 45 minutes to arrive. That is all fine. However, this time when i made the order over the phone it was brief and cold. Suspected nothing out of ordinary. Food did not arrive and waited over 60 minutes when I called Mizzoni back and told that I want to cancel as if I would have known it takes this long I would not have ordered. It never over the past 6 years i had to wait this long without a single warning. So it was unexpected. The worst part about it that I received zero apologies or care or explanation about the misshap. Rate changed to 2 stars as the food is still nice, but service level / standard dropped. Mizzoni, your employees are the face of your franchise, and it’s crucial to be top of things. Reason?? Because me and my partner bought a large margarita pizza from here and the base was like CARDBOARD. The Base was black and chewy, absolutely disgusting and you could peel off the cheese. The pizza smelt like a burnt chimney.
We ordered from just eat TWICE and complained and supposedly got a better one the second time round but even the second pizza was still the same.
