Honest to God, this place has horrible service anytime I come here, stupid bleeding app/ website is so complicated and needs your card, waiters/waitresses don't even have the courtesy to come to you and help you order. Came here today with some friends and was told we had to wait for a table to open up, behind about 15 people! And even with the app freeing them up, it has to be some of the slowest service I've ever experienced to date, to the point where there is a massive queue out the door while the restaurants around it have speedy service and have virtually no queues! Food is decent but definitely not worth queuing outside for by any means. Come here outside of peak times if you really want but there are definitely other options a few metres or so away by all means, even Maccy D's! Get a move on, get a grip, you have people to serve and don't even have to take people's orders, your staff have it easy compared to other places! Horribly run business and could be run A LOT more efficiently in complete honesty, getting in more people & money as a result. Staff are always standing around whenever I've gone here in the past....
Read moreFollowing my previous experiences at Nando's Blanchardstown, today's experience fell short for the below reasons:
The table number is partially ripped off, causing the order to be made to the wrong table, resulting in our drinks being delivered after our food.
Service wasn't fast, but the speed was emphasised by the lack of utensils. It took 3 minutes after all food was served for forks to be refilled at the service station. Resulting in the first meal served being cold.
Food wasn't on par with previous experiences. The chicken was overcooked and dry. The soda wasn't carbonated at first either, creating a sweet syrup drink.
The reason this review isn't a one-star is due to one individual who saved our experience. She was the only one who solved all our issues whilst other waiters gave false promises. She was the first of three to resolve the forks issue. Also, the first of three to ask us if we were missing anything that resolved the drinks issue.

This is very disappointing and I always leave there dissatisfied as I couldn’t get what i actually wanted to get. As for the butterfly burger they have completely taken it off the menu and I was very very unhappy. They could have taken off something that was very unpopular off the menu instead but yet they didn’t which is stupid. It’s safe to say I will not be coming back to Nando’s ever again this is upsetting as this was my favourite restaurant. The staff are lovely amd are doing an amazing job for how busy it get but my one problem is them coming over when my mouth is full and asking if everything is ok I get that is there job but maybe they could just ask us if we need anything else when we get the food and ask if it was ok after we’re done eating.
