Girl at counter was overworked and alone at counter at a busy time. Serving customers, making orders, making drinks and taking payment. She also had to refill the counter, (cheese, ham, a sauce, lettuce) However she remained cheerful, efficient and attentive at all times. Apologised for queue time, listened to my order and made a really nice sandwich that was well put together, tasty and edible. I didn't get a name, if left unsupported she won't be there for long. I usually come here for a combo deal that includes a soup and a sandwich slice, which is a good deal for me and budget friendly.They usually bring the food in your table when it's ready.But, the lady who brought my food in the table which it is a bit off, she throw the spoon infront of me in the table without putting it in a paper napkin and just throw not even gently putting it in the table with a paper napkin.I was shocked that she just throw it like that.Otherwise, food, cost is good, and location...

Ordered a scone & cappucino asked for the scone to be toasted , it was heated & when i got it, it was frozen in the middle the coffee was cold i had to ask for it to be heated got it back & still cold i felt the staff member who served me was very rude with an attitude & i felt i was an incovenience to the person who served me.
