We stopped in for breakfast at My Boy Blue our last morning in Dingle. They open for coffee/counter service about an hour before the restaurant opens, which we didnât realize, but they were very nice about it, and actually seated us a little early and took our coffee orders.
The service was fast and friendly, and the food was excellent. Ordered by our table were sausage rolls (available for takeaway from the front), the toasted goat cheese melt (rich, flavorful, but also light option for breakfast. The rosemary in the butter that the bread was toasted in was such a wonderful touch), and the brunch bap (this was HUGE, so bring your appetite or maybe share).
Would definitely recommend My Boy Blue as a great breakfast...
