Not only was the food delicious and outside of your regular bacon, eggs, and pancakes for us US travelers, but the presentation 🤩 My friend got the chorizo & chickpea hotpot and that was the star of the show and I will be thinking of it the rest of my life. I got the avocado toast with a side of bacon and crispy potatoes and the peanut chili oil and radishes added such a nice element. It was fairly busy but we still were sat within 10 minutes. Super friendly staff as well. The only disappointment was the time of year we came; although the times were listed online and we were excited to return for a second day in a row, today (Monday the 4th) they were closed ☹️ Actually many shops and cafes were closed. I hope to return soon!

They have a secure backyard where cyclists can park their bikes, providing peace of mind while enjoying their coffee and meals. It's a perfect spot to refuel after a ride and enjoy the cozy ambiance. If you're a coffee lover and a cyclist, this cafe is a must-visit. The exceptional coffee, delicious food, and accommodating atmosphere make it a hidden gem that caters to both passions. Don't miss out on this wonderful experience!

The coffee here is great, but a little expensive, for value for money I'd hit Bean up instead. The cake was pleasant if a little too crumbly but that can happen with polenta based cakes. It is a super busy location, and you'll be lucky to get a seat to eat or have a coffee. As most people don't bring keep cups it is just a slew of people getting single use cups for a coffee here, which is really disappointing. They could maybe move to a larger location, as they clearly are popular. The menu looked a little boring to us, so we just went with coffee and cake and had a lunch elsewhere. But it is good coffee, some of the better ones I've had in Ireland.

We stopped in for breakfast at My Boy Blue our last morning in Dingle. They open for coffee/counter service about an hour before the restaurant opens, which we didn’t realize, but they were very nice about it, and actually seated us a little early and took our coffee orders.

The service was fast and friendly, and the food was excellent. Ordered by our table were sausage rolls (available for takeaway from the front), the toasted goat cheese melt (rich, flavorful, but also light option for breakfast. The rosemary in the butter that the bread was toasted in was such a wonderful touch), and the brunch bap (this was HUGE, so bring your appetite or maybe share).

Would definitely recommend My Boy Blue as a great breakfast...
