Very detailed Review for 3 Star Services

Hi there. Apologies for making you feel like I am an imposter and did not eat at your restaurant. Also apologies for giving you a 3 star review only. I am grateful for your command to change my review of your restaurant. Looks like you only care about the stars and not the real quality of your food or improving the real quality of food. So here I am, really providing evidences that I infact ATE with you. I was not planning on writing a detailed review for you at all, but today in the moment I really have a lot of free time to write this and feeling the excitement to do this.

So good things first right? the ambience is great, services great and loved their naan. That will be a perfect three star service.

The things I did not like: the food was way too oily for my taste. The fillings of Aaloo Bonda felt like they were very old. They smelled of old kept food, probably heated up and served later.

Did not like your Navratan Korma. It was way too sweet for my palate. I have never eaten a Navratan Korma with Sweet or Sugar in it. I also remembering mentioning it to somebody (probably the manager or owner) at the restaurant that day. And it was taken well as a criticism. But I guess, we can't be factual and critical on an open platform.

The thing that I did not like the most about this restaurant that you can't even leave an honest review of it online. They will command you to remove it.

I hope this review really helps you improve whatever it is you plan on improving. Looks like, I succeeded in wasting a huge bit of...

Good Food, Great Atmosphere, but Service Needs Improvement

We visited Amaya on a busy evening, excited to try it based on the great reviews. The food was absolutely top-notch—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere was also fantastic, with a lively yet comfortable vibe that made for a great dining experience.

Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the rest of the experience. The restaurant was very busy, and it seemed like the staff simply couldn’t keep up. We waited a long time for our order to be taken, even longer for the food to arrive, and getting a server’s attention for anything else felt like a challenge. It was clear they were stretched too thin, likely trying to balance both in-house diners and delivery orders.

This isn’t a negative review to the servers / kitchen staff on this evening. They were doing the best they could. Management need to be called out here: either bring in more staff on busy nights or consider prioritising customers dining in over delivery orders. It’s a shame to see such excellent food and atmosphere let down by slow service. With a few adjustments, this could easily be a...

Our dining experience at Amaya today was truly delightful. From the moment we arrived at 6 o'clock, we were impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. We decided to start with a delicious chaat, which instantly transported us back to the comforting flavours of homemade cuisine.

For our main course, we savoured the flavours of both the kadhai paneer and hariyali paneer. While the kadhai paneer could have had a slightly stronger flavour profile, according to my wife's discerning palate, the hariyali paneer was an absolute standout. The chef truly excelled in creating a dish bursting with delectable flavours.

The portions were so generous that we couldn't finish everything on our plates. However, we didn't want to let such wonderful food go to waste, so we requested to have the leftovers packed, ensuring we could savour them the following day.

In addition to the exceptional food, I must commend the restaurant for its inviting ambience. It was a pleasant setting that added to the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Amaya as a dining destination. Our only regret is that we forgot to capture photographs of our...

Steamy yummy chicken makhni. First order. Didn't disappoint. Was between this or poppadums at Harold's. Emm so not a fair comparison in hind sight. Was down to Google reviews. And one look strangely shows either only great reviews or weirdly no one scorned. I can see why The portion size is great. The chicken is what they say, delicately sliced breast. Some longer, some thinner. Dunno why, but that does makes a difference in texture and taste. You can see it's not equal mechanical cuts. The flavour was yum. Slightly sweet. Less cream with the red gravy/sauce screaming juicy tomatoes. Most good butter chickens all rank up second place and this is there. If you're asking who takes top spot, that would be the butter chicken in Delhi. Makhan drooling, rough tandoor cuts , food gasmics stuff. Unfortunately, for this quality and price point, Amaya does great. The food was piping hot. And the on the house pappads and dips were what i was craving now for so butter points for the team. P.s my pic is terrible. And i had 2 spoons first.

We were at Amaya Fusion for my friend's daughter's birthday party. When we walked in, it had a very fancy and comfortable ambiance, and decorated to portray Indian culture beautifully. We were surprised at how amazing the food and service was. All staff were polite to everyone and very reliable as well. They even had a child entertainer who kept the children busy and gave them a chance to make friends with each other. The food was absolutely delicious. The Paneer, Daal Makhani and thin n crispy Naan were extremely tasty. I specially recommend you try the Chaat, it was the best I have ever tasted in Ireland AND India. I strongly recommend you come to this restaurant, it is definitely the best Indian restaurant I have ever eaten at, it deserves all of its good reviews and comments. You'll be shocked at how quickly you will love it. We are definitely looking forward to coming again.
