we had a chicken shish and a lamb doner. Chicken shish in bits felt undercooked, lamb doner had very strong meaty taste to it - some love, for some it’s off putting, it was okay was not bad. But the place itself is very badly run. We came in, our first time there was people making orders but we didn’t know if we wait or sit down. I still don’t know the answer. Some people were served, some went up. It’s like a rundown cafe vibe the place gives. Most of the tables were dirty and not cleaned. Staff was not unfriendly, but did not serve properly. Overall, it was blah and not good vibes. Place did not feel clean. I don’t think I would come again unfortunately. Service definitely lets the food down.
Edit: changed my review from 2 stars down to 1 because of the owners response. Your restaurant is filthy and so is your attitude. Definitely won’t be back here now and will tell others. Go look at my account if you wanna see how many REAL reviews I have. Whoever is running this business can’t even clean tables, but has enough time to sit around saying my HONEST and REAL review is fake. Also are you not embarrassed this is how you respond to paying customers and how you’re showing your business? I hope other people see your response and don’t bother coming here. I only came here because of people showing it on Instagram and tiktok - and let me warn you now, those pages are misleading! It’s nothing like what it looks online. Go here if you want awful service. Embarrassed on your behalf.

Yesterday your shop was empty, so there was time to cook. Nobody rushed you or anything like this. We were the only customers in there. Lamb Chops.... restless. Giving the start and how you started up your business, I had higher expectations, especially because you're a small business. If it was me, I wouldn't have the courage to send the food out the way yous did yesterday. I would massively feel ashamed especially for 63€. And nobody bothered to ask even how the food was. Read moreThe food is authentically Turkish and super delicious. The menu is surprisingly extensive and basically there's more than one option for every kind of taste. We had İskender, lamb shish, Urfa Kebab and several mezes. The meat was cooked properly, the portions are quite big even for a hungry adult. The memes were slightly spicy but that's ok.
Unfortunately the venue has sitting space only for 20-25 people and they don't make bookings in the weekends. We found purselves in an awkward position, by 7 people trying to fit into a table for 4 people. Moreover they only have one highchair even though at that very moment there were 4 babies in the restaurant and we had to rotate the highchair between tables with other customers. The kitchen is in the middle of the restaurant, which is lovely to see they are working in a clean and hygennic manner but also it caused some noise while eating in.
There was a slight supply issue like there was no Ayran, cold Coke or Baklava left for the busiest time of the week. I hope this just caused because the place is new and they will smoothen everything when the times goes by.
