Supermac's & Papa John's Tallaght — Restaurant in South Dublin

Terrible experience, first time ordering here, ordered at 6.55pm and it was meant to be 40 minutes. Rang at 7.45pm and they told me it was another 20 minutes as they were busy. Rang again 8.10pm asking if the food has left and she said it should be there any minute. Waited another 20 minutes and it was still not here. We rang again and asked them honestly if the food has left and he said yes. But we've already been waiting nearly 2 hours so we spoke to the manager and she said it should be within the next 10 minutes. Realistically the food obviously did not leave the at 8.15 because she reassured us the food was still going to be hot. The food came at 8.50pm exactly 2 hours after we had ordered. We understand it's busy but if they cannot send the food out or if there is going to be a delay, be honest rather than saying the food has left each time. This is ridiculous customer service and the first two staff were not sincere or apologetic at all. Will definitely not be ordering from...

Well, I just can say it was a joke , to wait 3 hours for home delivery. Shouldn't offer a service is going to be too bad, of course the food wasn't fresh. 3 times called them. First call was at 1:10 min later, they said 10 to 15 min should be there, second call at 1:40 min, said again 5 to 10 min It is on the way. Last call at 2: 10 min , keep saying 5 to 10 min It is one the way. No apologise, at the end a got a credit for my next food because I asked , otherwise no apologies no nothing. Good to say the software for ordering the food said 45 min...

Genuinely the worst place to order from, without fail every single time the order is cold, late and wrong, whoever is in the kitchen either blatantly ignores the instructions on the orders or cant read and as far as thr delivery drivers are concerned they must deliver by foot. Absolute shamble of a takeaway and its unfortunate because supermacs in general have a good menu. Avoid the kip if you don't want to be in the height of it at 11 o clock at night with a cold dinner...
