Befani's Townhouse & Restaurant — Restaurant in The Borough District of Clonmel

This little place has 2 very different view points.....The restaurant is absolutely lovely for an evening meal, it has lovely starters, main course and deserts especially for a skinny not like me (not lol). It is a little on the pricey side but I thought it was really nice, also really good strong coffee served with hood manners from 2 cheery lassy's. Wifi is awful, that's if u can get linked unto it to start off. Although the young felt my pain not being able to link unto the wifi.... Now as for staying in the rooms for a night or more if you prefer, my quote would be "best of luck to ya" it's more comfortable sleeping on the floor lol, bed linen was very plain but shabby, bed was that small that I hope you don't move in your sleep or else you will find yourself on the floor, rooms are what we would call "very bog standard". No USB charge points, 1 free plug point, so use it widely, again wifi in rooms was touch and go. Breakfast in the morning was I must admit really nice, so at least my stomach didn't shrink to a mountain lol. Parking at times is an absolute nightmare during the day (lovely traffic wardens, bless em lol) but after tea time parking is OK. Rooms and other places don't seem accessible for wheelchairs etc. But all in all absolutely brilliant food👍 rooms need ALOT of attention to come up to the standard...

We came to stay for a wedding at Raheen House, in from New York for only 3 nights and we could not have picked a better place to stay. It is located right in the town of Clonmel so it is close to all of the shopping, pubs, eating. We parked the car and didn’t have to move it for the entire stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had everything you needed and definitely some of the most comfortable hotel beds we ever slept in. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food in the restaurant is beyond words. Even if you don’t stay here definitely book in for dinner. They have a nice little beer garden with heat lamps to keep you warm. We loved this place and plan to stay again the next time we are...

We've been refused to have a seat because we only wanted a soup and coffee at 4 pm...she said she cant give us a table because she needs the table for people who wants dinner...what is this marketing about??? You refuse us for someone who would spend more money for dinner?...shame on you...shame shame...I have 30 years and never ever happened something like this in my life... humanity and respect of people is sold for money...wake up!!!!!! (and as an answer to your sarcastic answer...I didn't lie at all I didn't use any abusive language...the only thing I said is you to be ashamed for the reason you refused us. what did you expect me to say after the discrimination you just did. Such a nice restaurant and such...
