I bought cheeses yesterday, when I got home and opened them, the soft goats cheese was bad. Smell of ammonia. Brought the cheese back, told the cashier it was bad, she started trying to scan my digital receipt. It's not the way to do it, she was even trying to scan the receipt at the lidl plus scanner. She calls another attendant with a fob, necessary for that refund. The girl arrives telling they don't do refund for chiller items. I had to repeat that they sold me rotten cheese, so she rolls her eyes and repeated that, for the next times, they don't do chiller products refund. I told her if they sell a rotten product they have to refund, I'd go to court if necessary, not just for that but also for that scene she was making embarrassing me on front of a huge queue. She says she was already giving me the refund and that I could do whatever what I wanted to do. All of that with a horrible attitude and raising her voice. I told that her customer service was horrible, she answered still being laud, with a worse attitude, that I could ask any of the many customers she deals with, they'd tell her customer service was very good. I told she was raising her voice, being nasty, how was that good customer service? She said she was speaking normally. I said her normal was horrible. She walks away and sarcastically says "you're welcome!". I asked for what? For you being rude to me? That's classic customer experience at lidl. Read moreI wouldn't say much , most of the previous comments tells what I need to say I visited this store during my break time to get something to eat , I was shocked with the girl's attitude at the checkout,,,, There was a big long queue and she was looking at the queue and laughing !!!! She didn't open another till and she continued talking in the head seat. When I arrived to her at the checkout after 20 minutes waiting which means half of my break gone 😞 I asked her you should open another till she replied back with bad attitude come and seat her ((she mean at the till )) I didn't reply as I don't need to lose more time .
