When you order sandwiches for a celebration and you end up having to make your own, because the little you got, for an exorbitant high price, was far from what we were told we were getting when we ordered, then you know you're never going to set foot on the premises again. We were also told that the sandwiches would be ready to be collected at a specific time and date and reassured that they would be ready to go. When we went to collect, not only were they not ready but we had to wait for the rude woman behind the counter to go make them herself while we waited. She was sulky and very unprofessional. If the sandwiches hadn't been paid for in advance then we would have just walked out of there. Awful service. Absolutely ripped off, the little we got for the price we paid. Don't get me wrong, paying the money wasn't the issue, not getting what we paid for most definitely was. If - 1🌟 was an option then that's what I would have given....
Read moreI have dined in this establishment multiple times recently and have been impressed by all aspects. The food was delicious. All of the ingredients were so fresh and the food was served piping hot. Similar to the dine in section of the restaurant, the deli is equally fantastic in its quality. Read moreNiamh place was recommended to us. First time visit to Clonmel. The food was very good, delicious, a bit expensive. I have issue however with the service and no toilet facility. I believe they should have a notice at the front stating no toilets. We spent 10 days on holiday in 4 different locations and this was the only place not to have toilets open, citing covid 19 as the reason. We visited a lot of different cafés and restaurants and niamhs was the only one with no toilets open. I would have ordered elsewhere had I know. Second issue which really ruined the occasion was the very rude reaction we got when we asked for or meal to be warmed up again. It arrived cold even though we asked for our quiches to be heated up. Avoid if you need the toilet or wish to be treated with manners....
