Eddie Rocket's — Restaurant in The Borough District of Drogheda

Well it's rare these days you hear people talk about this old favourite by far the most lasting of the smaller fast food chains . And my god their food is amazing it's well over 5 years since I had an Eddie rockets and by God it was just fab . Their bacon cheese fries are fully loaded all the way to the bottom of the bowl cheese and bacon also I had the double burger with bacon and their sauce I can't even describe it I was licking if off the burger paper. The burger was fresh delicious belly busting. The drinks icd cold and large the chips where all perfect didn't get many pics as I was starving and dove right into it . Can't believe I forgot about how good Eddie Rockets is. OK so not a 5 star for this place as there is 0 parking outside it you have to park in the shopping center a good 8 mins walk from the place. And Eddie's has always been very expensive but then again you DO get what you pay for American diner sized portions. I do recommend the amazing Desserts and milkshake. Staff here where kind and friendly food does take a little longer in Eddie Rockets as they cook to order beef pattys are juicey and delicious. And they also deliver and there menu has only really had 3 new additions to it in the last few years one of which I wasn't haply to see a spice box tray . Please everyone stop throwing Chinese foods into American diners it...

Well I order for a half portion of chicken tenders that was with Chips and soft drink I paid 10,10 instead of 9,75 (close enough) that supposed to be because I changed from garlic Mayo to regular Mayo and then I received a full plate of fries with 3 small chicken tenders half the size of my fingers and my fingers even for a man are too small. I asked why is that the Wednesday supervisor that won't give me her name was saying that is normal for what I ordered but she was pretty attendant, also she see it to that I was satisfied with the outcome which it was nice since I asked for a refund and still waiting for it and I will upload pictures since I didn't touch the food then I asked for a phone number orlf headcourters since I believed she was doing what she was supposed to be doing but she didn't know of a number and I should look on google as I did but no one was answering that is why I post this review. Pls the people in charge explain to me why I should pay 10,10 for 3 pieces of not even considered good quality chicken fried tenders with lots of chips and coke!! Again pls...

While I really enjoyed the food at Eddie Rockets however the same can’t be said about the service.

Me and my family went for dinner as a treat though the staff were nice, they were extremely disorganised and took far too long. But we got to take our orders very quickly it took over 20 minutes to receive our meals.

For me personally, the gentleman who took our order, I suspected said my order wrong but couldn’t get the attention of any staff. When we finally got our order, I explained my order which for context is just a “Classic Hotdog” however it took 15 long minutes to receive it. That ridiculous, that many minutes for a hotdog on a bun? I was extremely hungry and my family were ready to leave before realising I didn’t get my meal.

We left disappointed and annoyed by the disorganisation and lack consistency as we had three different servers. Definitely would be a well, before we go back to Eddie Rockets...
