What a beautiful and cosy bar. Great addition to Carlow , the atmosphere was really something else. Came in on a Friday , live music and a catch up , well SALT did not disappoint. Service was great and with a smile , cocktails didn’t just taste great but great selection too most definitely will be back , look forward to bringing all the girls...

Had the food from upstairs and downstairs menus both are simply amazing also cheapest pints in Carlow definitely recommend to everyone looking for a few quiet pints and to watch the football they also have a dart board downstairs anyone can just walk in and play for free best bar...
