Subway — Restaurant in The Municipal District of East Cork

I was there this afternoon a female staff member got my order wrong she put extremely spicy sauce on my sub I took a bite and it burned my mouth and lips I dumped it in the bin. I don’t understand how hard it is to follow the instructions she seemed pleasant but it’s not good enough and I didn’t see any manager today about it he wasn’t there. Absolute Waste of time and money. Can the staff and manager stop pulling the card machine away before it’s finished being used my card was blocked before because of this. It would also be great if they were nicer to the public not pick and chose who to be nice to and rude to. Do better all across the board...

The staff here were polite but poor communication between staff members. I was overcharged for my sandwiches which I unfortunately did not notice until I checked the receipt later in the day. For a business which is so linked with sandwich making the quality of some of the salad options was poor. The lettuce was so bad we had to pick most of it out of the sandwich as it was brown or browning as though it was left out for days before being used. This is the second time visiting here the last time was somewhat better but this experience would make me reluctant to...

I was really impressed with the service but I was sick after my €9:50 crisp drink and sandwich. I'm not sure what exactly made me sick but if I had to bet, it was the discolored white lettuce that I got on my sub. Shame because I was really happy with everything else. Eamonn who didn't make the sandwich, but charged me, was really nice and welcoming to everyone who came into the subway. 4 ⭐ for service 5 ⭐ for atmosphere but a place is only as good as it's food...
