We booked for a group of 6 plus 2 high chairs for babies, unfortunately for us the owner Michelle had family in for a meal and they were short a high chair, so Michele sent a member of waiting staff over to ask to take our 1 year olds high chair for them. She basically stood over us waiting for me to lift the child out. We were drinking coffees after the meal and I had to say but where will my child sit and the staff member turned on her heel and walked off. I had been told to go to this restaurant for a long time. Everyone in Navan raves about it and so we tried it out for a change. It was OK. That's it. The food was ok. For a party of 8 people all eating something different for starters and main courses there were no bad dishes. Just all OK dishes. Nothing special. When we tasted each others food there was no "I'm having that next time". We left there a little confused as to why it is so widely talked about.
