Workers started putting less ice cream in the cup, it use to be full before but now it doesn’t fill the top. Extremely rude woman served myself and my boyfriend, barked at me when I misunderstood what she said. She also rolled her eyes when I asked for sauce on my 99 …. staff here are always so polite but she isn’t usually there. Working with the public myself it’s absolutely unnecessary to take your frustration out on customers due to a longer queue than usual....
