Pimientos Café — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

We ate here today and always enjoyed our visits, we come all the way from Dublin to eat here, but today I don't think we'll come back, first we asked for seating outside and the pleasent waiter said yes no problem, so we headed out and found a bench that was empty, so we sat down, the girl took our order and was very pleasent, but then there was a bit off a problem with table next to us as a man was asked to move as it was reserved, so we got our drinks and were enjoying the sun and the table that was reserved they arrived and all went downhill from there, we were asked to move as the older waitress said it was reserved so we didn't have a problem but as I am on walking stick I did have a problem trying to move, but no apology, when we got out order mine was wrong so it was returned for what I ordered, so basically my husband was finished his while I was only eating mine, Also when we had to move to another table to make room for 10 women they were all moved to a different table, so is it because 10 serves and only 2 for us, I left very disheartened firstly having to move and finding it hard with my walking stick but then wrong order. Myself and a group of friends called in for breakfast this morning. I had an exceptional experience in this restaurant. The food was fantastic, tasty and cooked to perfection. The customer service was out of this world. The owner and staff were so welcoming, warm and friendly. They went out of their way to arrange seating arrangements for all six of us and made sure we were happy with everything and if we needed anything it was brought to our table instantly. After our meal we were handed a couple of sponge cakes on each end of our table with three spoons on each plate, such a wonderful and generous offering, I was really impressed. Went to Pimientos today and had soup and toasted sandwich lovely! From the minute you enter the door Mr Pimiento as we call him (the owner) is on the ball he was made for this job great businessman, greets each and every customer when they come in, and makes you feel right at home, no awkwardness or falseness - a nice feeling. We love going here service is great and food is wonderful. Mr Pimiento always checks you have enough and leave feeling happy and full and if you are lucky on occasions we get given a piece of cake to share on the house (don't tell everyone though) a real nice touch .
