Mulan navan — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

I went in at 11 when they close at 11:30, the woman at the till had an awful attitude and I received an awful customer service experience. I was not allowed to pay by cash for drinks even though they had a sign in front of the till saying no card payments under 10€ was allowed and cash was accepted under 10€. I then read out the sign to the woman and asked to pay by cash as it was under 10€. I was then told no very rudely and abruptly that she can’t because she had cashed up the till. I was spoken to poorly and it ruined my experience, it is such a shame as their food was very tasty, I will not be...

Awful, usually just grand (better than other dives in Navan) but forgetting the prawn crackers then telling the customer to pay delivery for them again for the restaurants error is beyond a joke. Food was delivered at 18:25, prawn crackers at 19:10 by a very disgruntled driver. What’s the point at that stage.

Food was also bland as sin (Honey chili chicken) and Kung po sauce was just raw garlic in watery sweet and sour mix. Won’t be back (we were loyal customers for years but the last few times it’s gotten worse and worse with prices...

THEY ROBBED ME!!

Disgrace of a place, they give me the complete wrong stuff from what I ordered! Half the stuff was missing but they had no problem taking the money! Even though they clearly robbed me there was no sign of a refund, they put somebody on the phone that could hardly speak English as a decoy.

Stick to China garden on brews hill because these are not capable of anything! Over priced enough without them...
