Istanblue Kebab — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

I'll admit that I rarely eat fast food, but tonight, extremely hungry, I was looking for a bite to eat. I was almost about to go to a pizzeria called Max, but on the way, I saw an open Istanbul location. I walked in, and behind the counter was a lovely lady preparing food and a handsome man taking the order. I looked around the place; it was clean and smelled delicious, and my taste buds started to go wild. My first choice was a Doner kebab; I asked for it with spicy and garlic sauce. The handsome man took my order. In the meantime, I changed my mind and asked if I could order a Doner kebab meal, with fries and a drink. The lovely man didn't bother me at all; I paid the difference in price, which was €16 total for the kebab, fries, and a soda. My order was ready in literally 5-6 minutes! First up were the fries. I asked for salted fries without vinegar, and that's what I got. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Perfect! I didn't even notice any rancidity, which indicates that the frying oil is changed at this place. After satisfying my first craving, it was time for the kebab! I held onto a huge kebab roll, size xxxxl—sorry, I couldn't eat the whole thing. The kebab was the perfect size for me! The flavor! The meat was tender and melted in my mouth, the vegetables were just right, and the kebab sauces were outstanding. I was pleased with the food, which was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I don't know when, but I'll be back for another...

Worst ever service during a phone call to order for delivery! Usually im getting 2 kebab meals and for my little kid only chips and doner meat without any sauce or anything else as he doesn’t like anything else, on a phone call i was rejected completely for this !!! As person on a phone told me that this is not in menu and if you want i will charge you kebab in the tray where is almost 15€ for tray??? As he can’t charge me anything else as its not in menu ! As a customer service disgraceful! Always when im going to order from the shop i have no issues to get chips and kebab meat in the small box for kid , but on the phone call guy was really unprofessional i just cancelled my order as this attitude to customer worst...

Proper döner should be made from thin slices of meats and tail fat while low quality döners are mostly made from minced-grounded meat. The doner kebab from Instanblue is cheap, low quality ground meat döner. The doner slices were like 30 cm long, which is totally ridiculous. The salad was 95% lettuce and had half a tomato slice cut in half. The doner was drowned in sauce to hide the poor quality and all of it was dumped on top of the fries, making them soggy. The dish was luke warm...
