Copper spice Navan — Restaurant in The Municipal District of Navan

I love to visit Indian restaurants as im a big fan of the cuisine, there are a few to choose from in navan Town but copper amd spices is my favourite. I often visit sometimes with my husband and sometimes with the whole family . There is a great kids menu and price includes a choice of dessert wheich is a bonus as my kids especially love chocolate brownies!! A favourite in ny household is butter chicken and our waiter told us its no problem to change from the option of korma to butter chicken in kids portion. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated , you can't help but feel a beautiful ambient atmosphere from the moment you sit down. The menu is georgous as is the drinks menu . I like to try different dishes every time I visit and as a vegetarian customer, coppers and spices have so much choice and can easily accommodate any dish I may want to suit my diet . As we were ordering our food i asked the waiter how spicy was the chilli naan bread and he replied a little bit so i said ok we'll take that with our meal. I took 1 bite and It was so spicy i started to sweat. Except for the fact that it almost ruined my whole meal as i could barely taste anything, the response i got from the hostess when i told her the only reason we ordered it was because he said it was a little bit spicy. She laughed and said well it is a chilli naan as if we should have known that a "little bit spicy" means painful, ruin your toilet kinda spice. Also the rice was undercooked but we were too afraid to ask to change it incase it would somehow be our fault for not enjoying crunchy rice. The rest of the meal was actually very tasty. Ordered food for delivery, told it would be about 50 minutes as it was busy, which is completely understandable. After an hour and 10 minutes I rang and asked if it was out for delivery. They said it was ready and a driver was picking it up. 30 more minutes passed and I rang again, I was told that the food was collected and out for delivery and will be with me shortly ( I live less than 10 minutes away). Another 30 minutes had passed, I rang again, and I was told that food hadn't even left the building yet.. after 2 hours and 10 minutes, the food came.. very watery, very little flavour, no spice as requested, naan bread soggy, cold and a horrible aftertaste.
