New franchise so probably learning. We ordered two soups to start and singapore noodles along with a side of prawn crackers (we were hungry!) the main arrived before the starter so had to be sent back until the soup had arrived. Didnt like the soup much. Didnt understand a floating cherry tomato. However lemongrass and leaves tasted nice. We had to wait a while and I had to let them know we had finished the starter. In the meantime a few take away customers came in to order or collect. There was no designated staff in the dining area. The main arrived and looked as it had been freshly prepared, not waiting for us and that is where the two stars come above because the noodles were really bland and tasteless. Plenty of chicken which i complimented them on but no taste of chilli at all fresh or otherwise so after a spicy soup this meal was left. When i asked to have a refund as i thought the meal was poor i was told theres only a credit note policy. The manager needs to check out statutory rights. I was also told that it was because i had ordered so much that i couldnt eat it which was why i was asking for a refund. My mother accompanying me didnt like hers either but didnt want to make a fuss. I didnt ask for a refund for mum just my main ehivh i couldnt eat. The meal had been 47 euros with no drinks so i felt it was poor value for something i could not eat. I was given a 15 euro refund but grudgingly. I explained that service was poor in bringing out a main before our starter, ignoring us so I had to remind them we were ready for main and at one point we were almost served someone elses food…. There being only one other occupied table. I would suggest they close off the dine in side during the week when its quiet so they can see customers in the collection and dine in space near the servery. Read moreExtremely disappointed in the restaurant as it was our first time eating in the restaurant we decided to have a late lunch and will be our last time. Portions were very small more rice than the dish. Staff member was Uninterested when we entered and had no experience in customer service, it was like he didn't want to be working there but had to be there , he just pointed to the tables and took our order, delivered out food and that was it, we complained about the rice it was very dry and couldn't eat it, he brought us more rice but unfortunately it was the same rice, never came back to ask us is everything OK would you like to order Dessert or tea or coffee or even take away our plates, no Interaction. A week later I get a response from this crowd (camile thai) asking me to send in my order so they will look into the matter. At the time when I wanted the matter to be resolved I called your restaurant and all they could say was sorry for the mistake. No offer to replace the the mess up ye made and get it delivered out again.
