Eddie Rockets — Restaurant in Waterford

Ordered food, not only did it never arrived the restaurant completely fobbed us off and was quick to informed us that it wasn't their problem it was just eats. No offer to rectify it in anyway until I turned up at the restaurant 2 hours late. The biggest insult was the 1st time the restaurant was called they said the order had only left the restaurant (4 kids meals) turns out it had been sent over 40 minutes beforehand and only on the 2nd call did they inform us the food was not coming.... so an additional 30 minute wait....

Talk about a fall from grace. Jalapeño Popper Burger (jalapeños and Frank's Red Hot Sauce) was inedible, absolutely swimming in mayonnaise, and couldn't taste any of the aforementioned whatsoever. Took 2 reluctant bites and left it. Used 6 of the single ply napkins to clean the coating of mayonnaise off my hands. Son got a chicken tender basket (9 euro), which consisted of a handful and a half of chips, and 3 measly tenders. Wife's burger also smothered in sauce....

As a family of five we visited the Waterford branch of Eddie rockets in December and waited 45 minutes for food to arrive even though only three tables were full at the time. A huge amount of takeaway orders were constantly being completed before our food arrived which should not be the case.
