Not usually one for leaving bad reviews but this is the second time this has happened. Ordered breakfast via JustEat at 9.50 and it was due to be delivered at 10.10-10.30. It got to 10.45 and I just thought the restaurant was busy, it’s all good, no worries. It gets to 11.10 and my app has said the driver is at the restaurant for 45mins, so I ring JustEat. If they’re busy but it’s on the way, no worries! JustEat then says that the restaurant is closed so they have to cancel my order?? Why are you open and accepting orders on JustEat if you’re closed? Was it because breakfast was over? But I ordered at 9.50 and surely someone should have notified me instead of just ignoring the order?...

Wanted to place an order was refused because i wouldn't use the self service kiosk. Ni problems the last 2 days in a row when i placed my order at the till. Didn't want to touch the screens due to covid 19 rang the manager and she explained that the screen was cleaned every 15 mins not good enough if the person before me had covid 19. Wont every be back there again. I dont see a problem if you are standing back from the till 2 meters away and wearing a face mask and the person bethind the till is behind a screen very very disappointing wont ever be back in mac Donald's in baronstrand...
