As an Indian customer, my recent dining experience in Waterford presented some areas for improvement. While the restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, the service fell short of expectations. Specifically, we were not promptly offered water upon seating, and the waiter took an extended period to take our order, without exhibiting a welcoming demeanor. Additionally, the table setting was incomplete, and our request for cold beverages was delayed. The incorrect curry was served, though we acknowledge our oversight in not identifying it sooner. The billing process was also slow, although the staff member at the counter was accommodating and addressed our concerns, resulting in a €3 reduction. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place to an Indian as they would focus on people with great status for tips. They would just make a fool out of an Indian with the hilarious prices. Started with Poppadoms and dips, crispy & fresh, dips were delicious. Had the Lamb Tikka starter, absolutely fantastic. Tender moist Lamb with Tikka spices, full of flavour. Lamb Madras with Pilau rice, Garlic & Coriander Naan. Everything was superb, lamb was very tender, nicely spiced Madras, and the Pilau rice was fantastic.
