Great location. Great burger. Serving the food sometimes cold when needs to be warm and vice versa. Don't really cared about what I said.

A month ago, I brought french fries and beer as take out. I got both in the same bag. I biked to where the family was and I found our they gave me beer at room temperature. I had to come back and get another type of beer that they have cold. Today, I sat with my son. The burger was amazing. Beer was cold (nice). Fries was not hot but my son liked it still. Then we ordered dessert. Chocolate Soufflé that the waiter recommended. We waited for 10 min. We got the ice cream ball completely melting. When I asked if the dish waited for a while, the waiter said it's because of the hot souflle. When we tasted the souffle, it was cold. I told the waiter and he said that it can't be. It's a production line he said. He didn't even offer to replace and get it right. There were a few other strange things like charging a little bit more for the tip than I asked them to add.

We had a family dinner. At our arrival, we we’re sited in the entrance of the restaurant. We asked them to move us to the centre of the place, where a table was available. The hostess told us that she can not do that. We approached the shift manager and he moved us in a second. Later on, we ordered some meals. It took half an hour for it to get to our table (we could have saw the meals standing on the bar from the over side). Then, it took the waiter an extra 10 minutes to give us the sauce that we asked for. The food was good and that’s the reason I gave this place it’s stars. Then, we wanted some desserts, both of the waiters didn’t approached us for 20 minutes, we had to approach them in order to get the desert menu. What a horrible experience we had at Agadir Nemal Tel Aviv!
