Nam Restaurant on Dizengoff in Tel Aviv offers a fantastic dining experience that perfectly blends vibrant flavors with a cozy, intimate atmosphere. On our recent visit, which was a date, we were thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food and the overall ambiance.

The standout dish for us was undoubtedly the Pad Pat, a red curry with fried fish. The fish was cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior that gave way to tender, flaky flesh inside. The red curry sauce was rich and flavorful, striking a perfect balance between spiciness and the natural sweetness of the coconut milk. The dish was aromatic, with the spices and herbs shining through without overpowering the delicate flavor of the fish. It was one of those dishes that left a lasting impression, something you'd find yourself craving long after the meal is over.

We also tried the Mango Salad, which was another highlight of the evening. The salad was a refreshing blend of sweet and tangy flavors, with the ripe mango providing a burst of sweetness that was beautifully complemented by the citrusy dressing. The combination of fresh ingredients, including herbs and a hint of chili, added layers of complexity to what could easily have been a simple dish. It was light, zesty, and a perfect contrast to the richness of the curry.

The ambiance at Nam is warm and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a date. The decor is chic yet understated, allowing the food to take center stage. The service was attentive without being intrusive, with the staff being knowledgeable about the menu and ready to offer recommendations.

Overall, Nam on Dizengoff is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable meal in Tel Aviv. Whether you're there for a special occasion or just a casual night out, the combination of outstanding food, excellent service, and a charming atmosphere ensures that you'll have a great experience. The Pad Pat and Mango Salad are highly recommended—don't miss out on...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Nam, a Thai restaurant located in the heart of Tel Aviv, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the service was exceptional and the quality of the dishes was absolutely fantastic.

Let's start with the service - the staff at Nam were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were happy to make recommendations and answer any questions we had about the menu, and they made us feel welcome from the moment we walked through the door. Our food arrived quickly and was presented beautifully, with the servers taking the time to explain each dish and its unique flavors.

Now, on to the food - the dishes at Nam were simply delicious. Each plate was bursting with fresh, authentic Thai flavors and spices, and it was evident that the ingredients used were of the highest quality. The Tom and Gaeng soup dish was spicy and sour, just as it should be, and the Pad Thai was perfectly cooked with just the right balance of sweet and savory flavors. The highlight for me, however, was the Phad Woon San which was rich, creamy, and full of flavor - it was honestly one of the best dish I've ever had.

It's worth noting that Nam also offers a great selection of vegetarian and vegan options, so there's something for everyone on the menu. And, of course, the restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Overall, I can't recommend Nam enough. If you're looking for a Thai restaurant in Tel Aviv with exceptional service, high-quality dishes, and fresh ingredients, then look no further than Nam. It's an experience you won't...

For the past few decades I have lived partly in Thailand and learned to love the food there. I can not find authentic restaurants outside of Thailand and that makes me upset... I was happy when discovered that "Nam" restaurant strives to be authentic. This is in addition to the efficient service and reasonable prices. Still, a few comments: Seafood soup is very rich in content, but its sauce is overloaded with sugar and coconut milk. A steamed whole fish surprised me because it came without bones. It was a bit funny to find under the fish a small decorative candle which is symbolically intended for heating the fish. The fish was large and its meat was fine. The sauce could have been perfect if it had not been filled with lemon juice. Lemon taste should be delicate and achieved by Lemongrass. Papaya with Sticky Rice, the dish was beautiful and invested. Unfortunately the sticky rice was soaked in sugar water and that was a bad idea. Usually the sweetness is achieved by a few stripes on top, of canned milk and that should leave the original taste of the sticky rice beside the sweetness...

My fiancé and I had an amazing time here. We made the reservation the night before. When we showed up we were taken to a beautiful table right next to the window. Our waitress was incredibly kind and sweet and she took very good care to ensure that our experience there was a great one. The food was beyond amazing. Probably some of the best Asian food we've ever had. The portion sizes were also incredibly generous and we had to take some of the food home. The curry tasted amazing even the next day. Their attention to detail wasn't only expressed in their ambiance, customer care and food. Even their to-go containers are of such high quality that nothing spilled, even though we had to take the bus and a train to get back home. The food was perfectly fine. I can't wait to return! Maybe next time I can bring my family here too.

Good asian food, not just a standard pad thai, but more interesting dishes. The service was very good. The bartender was very knowledgeable and informative about the menu and assist me with selecting the dish I had. Almost every dish has a meat/sea food/ tofu version which is nice but I'm not sure if the tofu version is vegan. For those who like spicy food, really like spicy food, the dish I had was not as spicy as the menu suggest (don't remember the name of the dish). Its a place that stands on the line between casual and fancy so its a good option for both state of mind. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I will definitely recommend this place for my family and friends.

We went to Nam for my birthday, the place itself is gorgeous, great design, cozy and has awesome atmosphere.. The food was also really nice, we had Vegan egg-rolls, vegan Pad-si-yu which was so nice, great sauce and rice noodles and Vegan Pad-pak-ruam which had a really unique taste, it was a little spicy but just the right amount! Unfortunately for dessert I was sad to find out that their Sticky-rice mango wasn’t vegan and had butter in it.. so we did not get dessert but overall a really nice experience, would recommend!
