Looks like they assume tourists are stupid. We paid for a PRIVATE tour, what didn’t stop them from adding another couple to our group. They had 2 leaders and still they asked me to be the last on our string so maybe they can chit-chat with each other in the front. When I asked to be separated from the other couple (one guide with us and other with them) one of the guides was blaming me for being “negative” and was inpatient in general. This also explains why they didn’t seem too happy when we had special requests about the route, so the others who the company added to us won’t notice, maybe.
In the end we were separated and got our own guide. We had a good ride around town and saw a little bit from everything like we wanted. Their location is good, with bathroom and place to park a bus.
I wish they were more polite and professional in the first place and wouldn’t make us bargain to get the service...

The guide was knowledgeable, sweet, and attentive so that we learned a great deal about Tel Aviv while never being too tired or wanting for refreshments or rest.
