I really enjoyed the dishes the bread which is poisonous (very white, hot, soft, crispy) and the artichoke dish. Unfortunately the maid dish the Chicken souvlaki never arrived and I was patient. When they asked if we wanted something else with a bit of stress I mentioned my souvlaki but the waitress told it wasn't in my order. She told it was a miscommunication. She did not hear or paid attention. My companions heard it. It happens and I was already full but still. :/ My main problem was the attitude when they called me back to pay via phone as they had issue with the card terminal. When I told the amount I would pay and clarified the right number I continued talking when the caller cut me off and started to complain with a lifted voice about the tip. "what about the tip???" she told they didn't get enough, somebody left only whatever amount. I was about asking her to add 12% to the amount I paid. Prices a bit strong and the quality, comfort of the restaurant are not reflecting in that but this is subjective. I know. Food was very nice but not all. The tip... Please pay them better so they don't shout...
Read moreWhat a shame that such exquisite food so originally crafted was damaged by an afterhand care for the customers. When the wind and cigarette smoke had worsen, I asked the manager's help, yet he scolded me that he was dealing with another crisis (his exact words). The apology came too little too late as it seem hard for him to take responsibility over our lousy experience. As much as the food is to die for, overall, if you have no other choice and cigarette smoke does not bother you, go there with an extra layer of clothing, but don't expect your issues with this establishment to be addressed nor the manager's emphaty...

The food is nice but a bit over hyped in my opinion. I would say it's average for Tel-Aviv nothing more.
Service is ok, but I can't say it's good. Young millennial waitresses who are nice but just not very good at their job.
Huge lines for no reason, some people waited over an hour when we clearly saw empty tables standing there for 30 minutes. And no, they were not reserved, reservation on week days are from 6 people and up only.
Bottom line, nice but...
