The low ranking is not for the taste. The fries are good. Very good. But when I order a large portion of Fish&fries, and what I get are 3 not that big pieces of fried fish and the HUGE enormous box is packed with fries (in a way the dish is Fries&LittleFish), that is where I get disappointed, and that is where the low ranking coming from. When you are calling yourself Amsterdam Fries, you should stick to how they make fries in Amsterdam!

First, the serving of the fries was not like in the pictures and absolutely not as in Amsterdam- we got ours in a cardboard box instead of a paper cone.

Second, no fresh onion!

The service was pretty bad and inefficient. It took way too long to get our fries.
