The best Gluten free restaurant I found in Tel-Aviv, actually in all of Israel for that matter, without a doubt! Very very large menu with tons of different options, and it's broken up into sections to make navigating your dietary restrictions very easy. They also have a section for vegan food and everything on the menu is kosher. We walked in with a group of 6 and were seated and served very quickly. The staff knew English well enough to communicate and definitely knew how to treat a food allergy or dietary restriction. Our group had an individual with celiacs disease, a vegetarian, a vegan, and someone who only kept kosher. So we were definitely a special needs group but there were no issues whatsoever. Last but not least the food was delicious. Our table ordered 6 entrees and a pizza and everyone really enjoyed their meal. The prices were fair and everyone left very satisfied. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether you or your group has special food...
Read moreWe found this restaurant after searching for good gluten free restaurants in tel aviv. The service was shocking - it was very slow, not very friendly, I ate on my own for 15 mins while my girlfriend waited for her food to come and generally I got the impression from the staff that they weren't that bothered about our custom. I saw a number of other tables with people eating on their own while the other people at their table waited for their food. As for the food itself: my girlfriend had a regular non gluten free pizza and it was terrible - clearly a frozen pizza base from a packet with some sauce and cheese chucked on. After exploring tel aviv for a gluten free restaurant, we turned up to this restaurant only to be told that they had no gluten free pizza. The only reason this doesn't get a 1 star for me is the fact that the gluten free pasta was very good. I wouldn't go back and I don't...
Read moreThe place showed good rating, so we decided to try it out for supper. I called 15 min in advance to make sure they had a table. As we arrived, no one bothered to greet us or offer a table. We just stood there for while waiting for someone to notice us. Eventually I approached a bartender and said we had a reservation and we got a table. There isn't much room, so all the tables are crammed close to each other. The prices seemed high, but we thought it must be that good and there arent that many kosher options in the area. In reality, the food was very average. The portions were quiet small. Flavors weren't anything special. The Lasagna tasted like cheese with some pasta, the haloumi salad was mostly filled with lettuce which also wasn't very fresh and the dressing was too salty. Overall it was a disappointment. Low value for it's price. There are better options...
