Great place to allow my dog off the leash and run free. Can be very crowded during the weekend. We also take our dog CharLee with us to the near by restaurant offered by the Hilton with the leash on. In a Friday evening the beach was crowded with dogs and their owners. The beach itself is quite small narrow so there's not a lot of space and with the dogs "coming and going" that space may quickly get covered with sand, balls or water... If you don't mind that, do go but otherwise try to find less crowded...
