Rova Tel Aviv — Restaurant in Tel-Aviv

Food was awesome but

1. We arrived and were given small tables and when we requested more tables we were told: 'No they are reserved'
2. Food arrives and the waiters could see there was not enough space for all our food so we got up and moved to another open table
3. We were told that table is reserved and cannot sit there (so you want us to stand and eat or what...)
4. Eventually after back and fourth they let us sit at the bigger table and start eating the food that was already cooling down
5. Once the patrons arrived who had reserved that table we were told to leave.
6. It was not a great feeling to be getting kicked out but we asked for the bill nonetheless
7. Bill arrives quickly
8. We spend 20 minutes waiting for a card machine which allowed for the same waitress to come and tell us again we have to leave but we told her we haven't payed (so we should leave without paying....)
9. We pay and then get told to get out now!

Overall terrible behavior and service but great food

Great wine but HUGE SHAME about the service and overall experience. I used to come here a lot for the nice wines and happy hour deals. The last two times I've had problems with the bill/ payment, and a very poor attitude by some of the serving staff. The waitress said one thing which I knew was not true and insisted it was written on the menu. She then brought it to check and it wasn't written, but after I proved her wrong she continued to insist and wouldn't allow it. The whole vibe was then ruined by several of the staff members ganging up on us just because we stuck to our guns and refused to be cheated. Will definitely not...

Been there more than a month ago, but the experiance still huant me Got the rotisery chicken, the dish was scolding hot on the outside, and frozen in the inside. They said they'll bring me a new dish. Instaed brought me the same chicken still cold inside. When I told that to the waiters they insisted it's a new one. Sadly for them it was missing the wing I manages to taste Took the risotto, which was eatable but not something I'll ever order again. When the bill came, the chicken was still there and I had to tell them to take it off.

My partner did enjoy his dish, but it isn't enough for me to forgive the bad service and...
