What a great place in the heart of Tel-Aviv!! You can sit outside and do some people watching, or inside to escape the heat, or in the back patio if you want to smoke after your meal. Great and friendly staff, that was quick and not pushy. The bagels looked so good, so I had to try it and ordered a roast beef bagel. Slices of beef, slaw and a spicy mustard, on a bagel. Great sandwich! Could use some more beef, but the flavor combo, which is not new, was done correctly and it was delicious. Also had a Nola breakfast. Two eggs, salad, hash browns, cream cheese, avocado, and a bagel. The portion was generous and everything was good. Except for the hash brown. It was probably made in a large batch and than they cut and reheat the portion on a griddle. At least that's how it tastes. It was too dense and didn't have those classic pointy potato ends that crisp up when you fry it. I also got a Nola cocktail, with OJ, whiskey and honey. It was pretty good. Definitely a nice change from the classic mimosa or bloody Mary for breakfast. All in all, I would definitely come back here for brunch, or lunch, or...
Read moreIt's taken a few years to finally get here but was worth the wait, as was the wait for a table on a Friday morning full of heavy downpours. There are not many tables and most of them are suitable only for couples but the 3 of us hunched around a table for two. The concept is American style and menu has an excellent selection of bagels and pancakes. We all chose the house breakfast of eggs, hash brown, cream cheese, chopped salad and toasted bagel of choice and additional real bacon. The eggs were cooked perfectly, the salad was seasoned well, the cream cheese was of good quality, the hash brown was unlike any eaten previously and the classic plain bagel was the real deal. With a hot drink included, Nola offers not only a great breakfast but good value for money, which in today's environment is hard to find. Can't...
Read moreHeard about this place by so many different people and sources. I got to be honest greatly disappointing overall experience. A bit too loud, Food is average, not of tons of options and even less vegetarian options with non vegan options. I am not a vegan but my company was and really didn’t have much to choose from.the service was terrible! Staff were Friendly but took way to long to check in, at times we waited 20 minutes before anyone stops by to talk to us. Always had to flag someone to come to us. Food took 45 minutes to come and the table next to us got discouraged after 35 minutes and left. I got to be honest. I don’t know how anyone can rate this place higher then 3/5 in the best case scenario. I give it 2/5 because our experience was not...
